The William Flynn Society once again gathered at the West Course of Merion Golf Club on April 24th. Though not as acclaimed as the renowned East Course, the 6,000-yard West Course provides charm and challenge. Members of The William Flynn Society gathered at Lancaster Country Club on July 17 to experience the course Flynn spent the most time refining. His thoughtful revisions, driven by both the challenges of the Conestoga River and advances in golf technology, remain evident throughout the layout. Despite the intense summer heat, it was a memorable day appreciating Flynn’s enduring architectural vision.
